Investment: We provide merger and acquisition services and investment research, uniquely leveraging our Asia business strategy and operational expertise. We guide clients throughout the M&A process from target search, commercial due diligence, valuation and financial modelling, to structuring and negotiation. We also conduct often bespoke investment research for leading institutional investors. This ranges from policy and macro-economic to industry, company or event-specific research.
